Project goals
Redesign of the user interface to improve the customer shopping experience.
Creating a consistent and attractive visual identification of the brand that will reflect the uniqueness and values of Asian products.
Increasing customer engagement through more effective presentation of content and products.
Operating range
I started by conducting an e-commerce market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and best practices in the industry.
I conducted a UX audit of the existing website
I used the collected data to develop a design strategy and to create a store customer persona, which allowed the interface to be better tailored to the users' needs.
I designed a new interface for the online store, taking into account the principles of UX/UI design and the needs and preferences of users.
I took care of a clear navigation structure, clear product categories and ease of shopping.
I tested the new store interface through user research to verify its accuracy and understandi
ng among potential customers
I developed a new logo, colors, and graphics that reflected Asian culture and aesthetics, while attracting the attention of customers.
I created a coherent set of visual elements aimed at strengthening brand recognition and building customer trust.
